Politics is about the norms and principles; a
foundation of ideology over which Government rules. It is the way of public
officials who make decisions about public policy. This concept reveals that
politics is actually a direct relation of people and their rights with the
public. Now, when it comes to the context of local people, means the treatment to
rights, they get sensitive and concerned to political matters; as any political
decision will in return effect the community as a whole.
Having the political sense in mature age is a wrong
sense of actualization. Political awareness basically gives you the realization
of your fundamental rights. Now the question comes, if you are unaware of your
basic rights then would you claim them?
Means you would like to be affected from injustice, as u do not know what
rights you sustain. Similarly, you welcome to spend your life with compromises
instead of making the things in your way!
You are only able to exercise your rights when you basically know about
them, such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, equal protection under
common law and the essential rights prevailing with democracy and its essence…
It is necessary for youth to be aware of political
affairs, they are the possession of the country where the expected brighten
future is in their hands. They are required to be responsive to the activities
of politics, the concept about law and power and the practices it is having,
from an early age... keeping in
touch with political affairs from young age will help to drive the best
political sense among the individuals which further involves two enormous
advantages. First that the individuals will know the grounds on which they
prefer to vote the specific leader/political
party. Unfortunately most of the people give
their vote having no political knowledge and by fake and worthless influence which gives no benefit of
representation and hence ultimately results in harm to the interests of
country. The political familiarity will give logical reasons to judge
and so prefer the best deserving leaders to come forward and take the
responsibility on the country’s behalf. Secondly they can have the opportunity
to organize and participate fully in political, economic and cultural lives of
society. This’ll become possible by remaining in tune to political
understanding from history as well as presence. This will help the individuals
to raise their observation and hence ability to distinguish between right and
wrong and to give political opinion.
Not only this, if we view the importance with
regards to our basic responsibility, i.e. given by our religion in terms of our
faith, is that we share the responsibility to make our land peaceful and
growing all in terms of social, economical & civil lives. We are blessed by
the sound history as a role model to follow with practical solutions for us.
Quran and lives of our Prophets are here to teach and influence us to work for
the growing justice, peace, prosperity and healthy disciplinary values based on
the secular vision. Thus, it is our duty to make our land peaceful by all means
of political, social and economical richness, to make the flaws in our system
better and hence corrected by following the successful code of life, i.e.
principles stated in Quran, and by all our efforts and determination to do so,
like our Prophets did.
To end up with, that politics exists to serve the
people, for the better outcome and welfare, people specially youngsters must remain
involved to the matters and intends to have active participation and
contribution.
