Dogmatism
Education is something that aims to deal with originating
best creativity germs in an individual by constant awakening and working on
individual potential through guidance and work on their interest level, i.e.
skill brightening and most important increasing their effectiveness with help
to raise their creativity.
Unluckily, we are normally deprived of the natural
phenomena of educational effectiveness.
The reason for this destitute is due to the unwanted segmentation in our
education system. In our system, unwontedly we see our education to be split in
three major lines.
i.
Madressa System
ii.
Government institutions
iii.
Private institutions
Now we look up at each of the segment in detail …
The Madressa institutions have created a significant conflict
and frustration among the basic educational source. They have started their own
way which results to dishearten the students with the law of natural society
around them. They play to discourage and limit their creativity by simply declaring
the whole world as wrong and only them as at right. They have acted to raise hatred
among people and natural human on the grounds of sectarian illness. The
sectarian approach has limited their social growth and the learning that could
be made in broad social gathering where the discussions n understanding forms a
part. Restricting their minds in this way, have made them problematic and chaos
making instead of them to contribute in well groomed and creative participants
of our Country.
Continuing to second, the government institutions have
their own shortages. The campaigns made
under Govt schemes are taken for granted because of lack of concern and close
supervision. Schemes are made but there are no checks on reviews made to the
effectiveness of schemes and their consistency in work. In addition the schemes are only working as
at fake principles, they do not personally involve to raise creativity and
emotional learning mannerism among the precious young assets… they just fulfill
the basic need by the forcement of typical learning, which they name as
”Education”. Education is not what they provide,” the real Education is
about the combination of physical, emotional & mental learning by the
persistent efforts of teachers by encouraging them for logical and conceptual
awareness along with a view of practical application..”
At third we have our private institutions forming part of
educational division. Private educational institutions are run by private owners
by registering to the specific boards. In private institutions things are comparatively
better, but still much missing which can made the outcome of education at mark.
The creative element and limitless efforts for the combination of sound
education, i.e. physical, mental as well as emotional learning pattern are
still missing. Students are preferred for rot learning as this works best for
them in examination of typical answering questions. The rot learning helps them to score so high
and ultimately promoting the name of their institution in market, hence catching
more students. The pattern of our Educational system is unlikely not revised
with regards to increasing advancement, which have kept the students dull and
far in minds.
There is a need to heartedly push up the standards and
quality of our basic educational approach. The theme of right answer to
question must rather be replaced by logical answering with the help of examples
and scenario. Instead of typical answering there is a need to introduce case
study formats for routine class work studies and preparations for exams too.
This will help the students to use the capacity of their minds and look up for
logical and situational reasons rather than ready-prepared answers. This may also influence teachers to persuade
students to participate in conceptual & emotional learning along with the
physical mental warm up.
