How to be Happy…
Happiness is one of the human feelings which not
only tends to keeps your atmosphere lively but also encourages your positive
enthusiasm for your better working practices.
God have made human with the combination of senses and
feelings. Among them the most desired one, by almost all the individuals, is
happiness. Happiness itself is further combine with the feelings of
satisfaction, calmness and love. All these are most wanted feels that shares a
great wiegth among all.
Before coming to ‘How to be happy’ we first need to
look what makes us unhappy, so to minimize it. Our day to day routine involves
different factors which makes a person depress by mind and dull in mood and
thus loses his inner desire to remain happy! In addition to daily routine; most
of the people around us becomes the victim of weak faith and trust in them.
They share less confidence in their inner power and faith in universal system
which makes them forced to feel pressurized by routine ups and downs.
The first step for ‘how to be happy’ is to make your
belief stronger in your potential and inner capabilities and revising your
strategies to tackle the hurdles in a better way, i.e. Instead of blaming “Why”;
redesign your strategy and start thinking “How” how to make myself able to do
so, how to take out good from it… And so on... This activity will not only make
you feel able to meet your challenges well but also raise up your inner feeling
of actualization and hence, leads you to prosperity ,,, in all keeping you
happy..
For aiming to be happy under all situations, simply every
time, a positive belief and feedback is essential. It is often said that ‘A man
is what he believes and what he thinks’. Therefore, if you believe to be optimist
and have positive approach, you’ll definitely achieve positive results.
Similarly, believing in possibility of things will make things possible for you
and so makes you feel happy. Thus make your habit to think for worthy ideas and
make your belief positive for it, you’ll certainly be able to accomplish it and
have joy of real inner happiness. Being in a circle of good friends can help
you to have positive feedback for your activities and also encouragement to
make your way to progression and increasing your goodness. A bad community of
friends is harm to your brain and thus your level of achievement.
For the
incessant happiness in your life, you need to have pre-planning and organizing
of your strategic plans about your life. You need to predetermine your values
which you want as your dream family to have, the position you need to attain,
the fame you want to achieve and so on… Once you have plan them in advance you
then need to find a suitable key to reach those levels that you made for
yourself. Planning in advance, means your goals, will help you to remain consistent
and make your way that you have initially planned, hence avoiding you to drift
away and keeping you calm and on track.
Happiness is
a treasury feel, you have everything but if it can’t make you feel happy and satisfy,
it is of no use to you. Life is given once; you must make it adventurous and
lively instead of boring or failure to make it happy for you. Define your
happiness, means be a part of those activities, things and people with whom you
feel happy instead of those who annoy you. Classify how you term a ‘good being’
for yourself and begin your journey to it, your life will positively be filled
with real happiness!
