I have participated in a contest which is promising to give $100,000 to the individual who will win all his goals within 90 Days .Its interesting guys !!  I participated from 30^th December  ,2012  .Interestingly, first week  gone by  but I couldn’t be able to achieve my Transformation Goal ……which I set  .Now I am in the second week , Transformation goal achievement is going to be very tough for me…... I realized one major obstacle in my goal achievement’s process …..Guess!!!        And this is the factor which I realized  is the most difficult  for people to  realize…………This is the major reason of Poverty , and  inhuman behavior  ……….

That’s     a single word …………….. Transformation …

When the things get tough   , you started coming out of your comfort zone………Your comfort zone is where you are   residing  now…….where you are saying to yourself …….Its Okay  the way I am …I am following the

Path of my Bigs ……..but no one knows how  the Path of Bigs ……were !!! Out of Comfort zone or not…..Isn’t it?????????

 So  the    Transformation   become easeful……….when we start believing in persistent change  in our lives……we  start saying ourselves  that I cant remain on my current level of  Life origin …….I have to change paradigm  …I am operating from my imagination …but …not from my memory!!!!!!!!

So we must believe that ….for getting rid of Bad habits……….and bad attitude ………we must realize ourselves which I am realizing myself at second week of my Transformation contest …that

There had been countless arguments over the existence of luck; however, almost every individual, by some means, is grabbed in the mystery of luck, thus making the corner of their mind, potential, courage, power to succeed and all the rest being influenced by the assumption of luck. 2.     Maximize your chances of something good happening by creating, noticing and acting on opportunities,

3.     Listen to "gut feelings" and act on "hunches" about people or situations,

4.     Cope with bad luck and turn it around by imaging how things could have been worse, or looking at what could be done about the problem.

The whole thing is about looking at living in different ways. Almost all of us have special opportunities and special responsibilities. Life consists of what we do with them. Do not allow yourself to accept failure by accepting it as unlucky for you.  The point is that no one person is “luckier” than anyone else. Don’t be a sore loser. Prepare for what life throws at you.

The key to success as a sales professional is to sell the very most and earn the very most that you possibly can.  As it turns out it takes just as long to become a sales superstar as to remain an average performer.  The choice is up to you.

As our society becomes more and more high-tech it will require more and more high touch in the field of selling to balance it out and add value.  The better you get at selling, the more opportunities you will have.  According to recent research, fully 5% of self-made millionaires in America are salespeople who have sold for another company or companies all their lives.  The reason they are successful is because they became very, very good at selling and earned a very high income.  They then saved and invested a substantial part of their income as they went along.  And so can you.

Today it takes credibility for you to get an appointment with the customer.  But it takes mega credibility for you to get the sale.  Mega credibility is defined as credibility that is far above and beyond an appeal to just quality and service.  It is credibility that is far beyond anything your competitors might be offering at the same time, this is your key to success.

There are three parts to personal mega credibility.  They are: dress, grooming, and accessories.  Top salespeople dress for success and know that everything counts.  You should read a book on the subject of dressing for success in business for men or women and then make sure that you look like the kind of person that a customer would be comfortable taking advice from, or give money to.

Look at the top salespeople in your field and then both dress and groom yourself the way they do.  Fully 95% of the first impression you make on a customer will be made by your clothes.  This is because your clothes cover 95% of your body.  Don’t leave anything to chance.

The second part of mega credibility is the reputation of your company, how long it has been in business, and how large it is.  Fully 85% of sales today are based on word of mouth.  This goes back to positioning and how your company is thought of and talked about by customers and non-customers in the marketplace.  The bigger and more positive your reputation, the easier it is for customers to accept your recommendations and to go ahead with the purchase.

The third part of mega credibility is testimonials.  A letter from a satisfied customer, a list of happy customers, or even photographs of happy customers can add value and builds mega credibility in the sales conversation.

Often, people will not buy a product or service until they know who else has bought the product or service and been happy with it.  Be sure to volunteer this information clearly in your sales conversation.

The fourth part of mega credibility is the presentation.  A well thought out, completely professional customer focused presentation can add value to the product or service and actually increases the price you can charge for it.  A good presentation builds credibility to a high degree, and the credibility overcomes the fear and misgivings that hold most customers back.

The fifth ingredient of mega credibility is the product or service itself.  Your presentation should demonstrate clearly that the customer will be much better off with what you are selling than he or she would be with a competitive product or with the money that it costs.  The sale is made in the presentation.

And here is the great rule for sales success.  It is this: everything counts.  Everything counts.  Everything you do in a sales situation either helps or hurts.  It either moves you toward the sale, or moves you away.  It is either increasing your credibility or decreasing your credibility.  But nothing is neutral.  Everything counts.  All top sales professionals know that everything counts.  They leave nothing to chance.  And neither should you.

Thought Walking

Synopsis

Thought walking gives you different ways to focus on your problem and different ways to interpret what you're focusing on.

Jean-Jacques Rousseau, the famous French philosopher, did his best thinking on trips he made alone and on foot, which he called thought walks. Similarly, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, the brilliant German author, took a walk whenever he wanted to think and come up with new ideas. It was during his long hikes in the mountains of Berchtesgaden that Sigmund Freud worked out his imposing structure of the unconscious, preconscious and conscious that has been bound the twentieth-century psyche ever since. In fact he told his good friend Wilhelm Fliess, a Berlin doctor, that his book The Interpretation of Dreams was designed to have the effect of one of his hikes through a concealed pass in a dark forest until it opens out on a view of the plain. Taking a walk stimulated and refreshed their thinking.

Whenever you’re deeply involved with a problem, take a thought walk. You will find walking around your neighborhood, a shopping mall, a park, the woods, industrial complex and so on to be highly stimulating. Look for interesting objects, situations, or events that are interesting or that can be metaphorically compared with whatever project you happen to be working on. For example, suppose your problem is how to improve communications in your company. You take a walk and notice potholes in the road. How are “potholes” like your corporate communication problem? For one thing, if potholes are not repaired, they get bigger and more dangerous. Usually road crews are assigned to repair the potholes. Similarly, unless something is done to improve corporate communications, it’s likely to deteriorate even further. An idea with a similar relation to “road crews” is to assign someone in the organization to fill the role of “communications coach.” The role would entail educating, encouraging, and supporting communication skills in all employees. And just as road crews are rotated, you can rotate the assignment every six months.

A thought walk is one of my favorite techniques to stimulate creativity. A while back while aimlessly walking around my neighborhood a noticed a U.S. Postal truck delivering mail. The road was in poor shape and had many large potholes that the truck had to avoid. The postal truck and poor condition of the road inspired an idea.

The postal service has thousands of trucks that travel on fixed routes and transport mail to every nook and corner of the country. Fitting the trucks with smart sensors the trucks can collect important data on weather, communications, infrastructure and several other systems that determine the development and safety of the country.
The data gathered by these truck-mounted sensors would establish a baseline map of ordinary conditions, making it significantly easier to spot a problem or anomaly. Such a system could aid in homeland security by rapidly detecting chemical agents, radiological materials and, eventually, biological attacks; it could also assess road quality, catalog potholes and provide early warning of unsafe road conditions like black ice.

A system like this could also detect gaps in cell-tower coverage, weak radio and television signals and sources of radio frequency interference. This data could help provide uninterrupted communication services and promote more efficient use of broadcasting. I have a colleague working with the post office now to develop and implement this idea. This is a valuable resource that can make the postal service profitable.

Sometimes while walking I will simply list objects or experiences that I find interesting. When I return, I draw a picture of the object or experience and list all of its characteristics. Then I list all the associations I can think of between each characteristic and a problem. I ask questions such as:

How is this like my problem?
What if my problem were a...?
What are the similarities?
This....is like the solution to my problem because...?
How is ...like an idea that might solve my problem?
What metaphors can I make between….and my problem?

Thought walking where you force connections between your problem and interesting observations is incredibly productive. A designer friend of mine and another designer were thought walking together in New York City.  They were discussing new product ideas when they stopped by the site for Daniel Libeskind's Freedom Tower in New York City. The spire of the building is planned to be 1,776 feet high - 1776 was the year when the United States Declaration of Independence was drafted. They were intrigued by the idea of using invisible information to generate visible forms that have meaning.

When they returned to their office, they mulled over possible ideas of using invisible information to create visible forms. Leafing through catalogs they came across ads for sweaters with computer generated space invader designs. Combining the sweater with the freedom tower inspired their idea. They came up with they call voice knitting where an audio input (a song or a voice) is computer translated into a simple visual form to give a sweater or other piece of clothing its own unique style and vocal fingerprint of the owner.

Thought walks give you different aspects to focus on and different ways to interpret what you are focusing on. An engineer was contracted to find ways to safely and efficiently remove ice from power lines during ice storms. He was blocked. He took a break and went for a walk. He visited a store that had several different varieties of honey for sale in a variety of different containers. The store advertised the honey with a cutout of a large bear holding a jar of honey. He bought a jar and returned to his office.

While simultaneously thinking about honey, bears and his power line problem he came up with a humorous absurd solution to his problem. The solution was to put a honey pot on top of each power pole. This would attract bears and the bears would climb the poles to get the honey. Their climbing would cause the poles to sway and the ice would Avibrate@ off the wires. This silly idea got him to thinking about the principle of “vibration,” which inspired the solution. The solution the power company implemented was to bring in helicopters to hover over the iced power lines. Their hovering vibrated the ice off the power lines.

How to be Creative …

Creativity means a deep inner potential lies within individual, which leads him towards higher strands & way in life.

Creativity is such a treasurable gift from God, within every human, which makes them intellectually rich and successful in life. It is important to realize that this extraordinary sense of ingenuity is present among every single individual. The only thing needed is to Unlock this treasure through constant efforts and contribution inform of thought process in person’s own way, rather than to accept the defeat from society and starting follow the norms and diplomacies that are already made by people.

Creativity relates to the burning desire within an individual which urge him/her, from an early age, to think in own way and to contribute his approach as part of his intellectual property and progression.  It requires an individual to give away his level of comfort, as thinking at your own, designing plans and incorporating the newly self-made strategies , may put you in an engaged position with compared to ease, or tension free state.. Many people with sluggish and comfort seeking mentalities are found as wasting the gift of their inner potential to make things in their way. They accept the averages in their work performance, procedures, dealings & most important in theiressentialities of life too.

In order to awake our inner, we require ourselves to be active towards our work obligations and significantly in the purpose of life. Notably, individuals have different perspective for the meaning of life…Some want a remarkable stand and prominence to be added in books of ‘incredible history’,  where as couple of people rather prefer to have fun, joy, and comfort as the only reason of life. The second category of people thus forms a group of those individuals who makes their presence worthless and hence diminishes their usefulness to country as whole.

Expressively, Youth is intended to be valuable asset and a supportive back for a Nation, with a view to near future. However if youth tends to play the same as the things going or way adopted by elders than there might be no usefulness to Nation and, hence, no change for improvement. In order to give an honorable place and dignity to Country as a whole in coming time due to increase globosity and universal run, creativity is essential to rest among higher majority of individuals, especially youngsters  as they will form a part of well groomed, civilized, and self-esteem people. Therefore youngsters’must make themselves challenging teens with increasing practice of creativity & productivity.

Unluckily, our system of education, patterns at our homes and etc., have perhaps made the process of creativity to limited scale. At homes, parents or perhaps family members usually do not support the creative imagination in their child rather they take it in fun, aggression or ignorance instead of taking step to further increase the level of ingenuity by encouraging and supporting the practical application of imaginative and artistic thoughts. Similarly the education system here has put an additional strain on creative potential among students. Academic have proved to play a role of burden instead of interesting learning. Students do not fascinate to learning experience, as they should be, instead they prefer to rot-learning because our ill-fated system is encouraging them to do so. Alike, our usual pattern of study requires a particular ans/sol to a question in examination or routine school-task... It should instead be emphasizing to ans in student’s own approach and way, perhaps a scenario based case studies etc.Therefore, a supportive need to boost the level of creativity is required by both a change in parent’s attitude, as well a reform in educational pattern too.

For “how to be creative” it is essential to trust our inner confidence and richness. As said above, every person by nature is creative and having abundant potential, the only required thing is to self-believe you and self-encourage with higher value in your imagination & abilities. It is highly required not to be drifted away by the norms of cruel society, which do not often let you to be creative. The history proves that those who had higher confidence in their thoughts and trust in their skills to give their imaginations a practical shape, had not only gained a respectable and memorable place in history but also be highly creative and innovative inventor, such as Einstein, Thomas Edison and all those who had bring out new inventions and alternative best substitutes..

Outline --- Keeping your observation alive, participating in educational as well as extra curricular activities, making your mind to think itself even when you have already given solutions, and trust in your inner power and abilities will ultimately lead you towards higher creativity and capability to perform with inner intuition, unlimited use of mind & hence allow transformation in work, activates, and society at large.
