Read Everything You Can

Read all you can about your field. Subscribe to the executive book clubs and book summaries. Build your own library of important books in your field. Never be cheap about your education.

In fact, if you make a decision today to invest 3% of your annual income back into yourself, back into your own personal and professional development, you will probably never have to worry about money again.

Go Through 50 Books Per Year

If you read one hour per day in your field, that will translate into about one book per week. One book per week translates into about 50 books per year. 50 books per year will translate into about 500 books over the next ten years.

Action Exercises

Here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into practice.

First, ask the successful people around you for their best book recommendations. Whatever advice they give you, immediately go out and buy those books, take them home and begin reading for one hour every morning before you start work.

Second, when you read, underline and take notes when you find important ideas that you can use. Implement them immediately. Take action of some kind on good ideas. You will be amazed at the change in your career.

Educational Dogmatism

Education is something that aims to deal with originating best creativity germs in an individual by constant awakening and working on individual potential through guidance and work on their interest level, i.e. skill brightening and most important increasing their effectiveness with help to raise their creativity.

Unluckily, we are normally deprived of the natural phenomena of educational effectiveness.  The reason for this destitute is due to the unwanted segmentation in our education system. In our system, unwontedly we see our education to be split in three major lines.

      i.        Madressa System

     ii.        Government institutions

    iii.        Private institutions

Now we look up at each of the segment in detail …

The Madressa institutions have created a significant conflict and frustration among the basic educational source. They have started their own way which results to dishearten the students with the law of natural society around them. They play to discourage and limit their creativity by simply declaring the whole world as wrong and only them as at right. They have acted to raise hatred among people and natural human on the grounds of sectarian illness. The sectarian approach has limited their social growth and the learning that could be made in broad social gathering where the discussions n understanding forms a part. Restricting their minds in this way, have made them problematic and chaos making instead of them to contribute in well groomed and creative participants of our Country.

Continuing to second, the government institutions have their own shortages.  The campaigns made under Govt schemes are taken for granted because of lack of concern and close supervision. Schemes are made but there are no checks on reviews made to the effectiveness of schemes and their consistency in work.  In addition the schemes are only working as at fake principles, they do not personally involve to raise creativity and emotional learning mannerism among the precious young assets… they just fulfill the basic need by the forcement of typical learning, which they name as ”Education”. Education is not what they provide,” the real Education is about the combination of physical, emotional & mental learning by the persistent efforts of teachers by encouraging them for logical and conceptual awareness along with a view of practical application..”

At third we have our private institutions forming part of educational division. Private educational institutions are run by private owners by registering to the specific boards. In private institutions things are comparatively better, but still much missing which can made the outcome of education at mark. The creative element and limitless efforts for the combination of sound education, i.e. physical, mental as well as emotional learning pattern are still missing. Students are preferred for rot learning as this works best for them in examination of typical answering questions.  The rot learning helps them to score so high and ultimately promoting the name of their institution in market, hence catching more students. The pattern of our Educational system is unlikely not revised with regards to increasing advancement, which have kept the students dull and far in minds.

There is a need to heartedly push up the standards and quality of our basic educational approach. The theme of right answer to question must rather be replaced by logical answering with the help of examples and scenario. Instead of typical answering there is a need to introduce case study formats for routine class work studies and preparations for exams too. This will help the students to use the capacity of their minds and look up for logical and situational reasons rather than ready-prepared answers. This may also influence teachers to persuade students to participate in conceptual & emotional learning along with the physical mental warm up.

How to take full charge of your life …?

Life is something very own to every human. It is an unseen treasure which allows uncountable experiences, fruits and learning with it.

Life is having many turns with it. It requires the ability of an individual to make use of each turn because simply, these turns will never return!

I remember the time, when I realize the fact that my life is only & only my responsibility, as it was a little before due to young age ;) ... Coming to the point, it is highly required for you to firstly understand that you are responsible for yourself and, henceforward, your life. You must have to realize that no one would be here to share your failure, Instead you are alone to face the different turns of your life. Your friends, parents and relatives will not escape you from complexities or give you a place of ease and respectability. It is only you, who have all the charge of your own life and its involvements.

After the fact of realization, there comes a point to make you prepare for planning. You need to be alive & advance in planning, as the planning in advance will give you a direction to work towards, a strict focus by which you cannot be distracted easily due to ups and downs coming in way of your life… Preplanning will give you an ability to be prepared in advance and fight with the challenges and, therefore, making your way to accomplishment :) …

Similarly, in order to take full charge of your life and making things in your way highly requires your inner power and self strength within yourself. If you feel yourself weak or puzzled with regards to your ability to be responsible, then you may not be a good liable. You need to regain you inner authority on daily basis by some ways of continuous prompting to the belief and trust in yourself. This will gradually help you to actualize that you are blessed with all the richness required for you to be perfectly responsible at your own. It would be helpful for you to regularly pinch yourself with the fact that

“Your life is yours … all the rights are reserved to you… you have to take it at best!”

Politics is about the norms and principles; a foundation of ideology over which Government rules. It is the way of public officials who make decisions about public policy. This concept reveals that politics is actually a direct relation of people and their rights with the public. Now, when it comes to the context of local people, means the treatment to rights, they get sensitive and concerned to political matters; as any political decision will in return effect the community as a whole.

Having the political sense in mature age is a wrong sense of actualization. Political awareness basically gives you the realization of your fundamental rights. Now the question comes, if you are unaware of your basic rights then would you claim them? Means you would like to be affected from injustice, as u do not know what rights you sustain. Similarly, you welcome to spend your life with compromises instead of making the things in your way! You are only able to exercise your rights when you basically know about them, such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, equal protection under common law and the essential rights prevailing with democracy and its essence…

It is necessary for youth to be aware of political affairs, they are the possession of the country where the expected brighten future is in their hands. They are required to be responsive to the activities of politics, the concept about law and power and the practices it is having, from an early age... keeping in touch with political affairs from young age will help to drive the best political sense among the individuals which further involves two enormous advantages. First that the individuals will know the grounds on which they prefer to vote the specific leader/political party.  Unfortunately most of the people give their vote having no political knowledge and by fake and worthless influence which gives no benefit of representation and hence ultimately results in harm to the interests of country. The political familiarity will give logical reasons to judge and so prefer the best deserving leaders to come forward and take the responsibility on the country’s behalf. Secondly they can have the opportunity to organize and participate fully in political, economic and cultural lives of society. This’ll become possible by remaining in tune to political understanding from history as well as presence. This will help the individuals to raise their observation and hence ability to distinguish between right and wrong and to give political opinion.

Not only this, if we view the importance with regards to our basic responsibility, i.e. given by our religion in terms of our faith, is that we share the responsibility to make our land peaceful and growing all in terms of social, economical & civil lives. We are blessed by the sound history as a role model to follow with practical solutions for us. Quran and lives of our Prophets are here to teach and influence us to work for the growing justice, peace, prosperity and healthy disciplinary values based on the secular vision. Thus, it is our duty to make our land peaceful by all means of political, social and economical richness, to make the flaws in our system better and hence corrected by following the successful code of life, i.e. principles stated in Quran, and by all our efforts and determination to do so, like our Prophets did.

To end up with, that politics exists to serve the people, for the better outcome and welfare, people specially youngsters must remain involved to the matters and intends to have active participation and contribution.
